Concrete Cure and Seal

Seal King’s Cure and Seal is specially formulated from acrylic polymers and fast-drying solvents to cure and seal concrete, stamped or otherwise. It helps protect against outside elements, harsh weather conditions, oil, dirt, salt, cracking, and dusting. This product has excellent water retention and colour retention properties and will not inhibit the effectiveness of most floor covering adhesives for tile and carpet. This product is less sensitive to moisture and is more versatile to handle all kinds of concrete surfaces.

For use on freshly poured concrete (usually 1 or 2 days after pour with no visible water).

Seal King’s Concrete Cure and Seal product is similar to the regular Concrete Sealer, but it is only available in high gloss and serves a dual function: curing and sealing.

• Curing: They help freshly poured concrete retain moisture during the critical hydration phase, preventing premature drying that can cause cracks and reduced strength. This ensures the concrete develops its full durability and hardness.
• Sealing: After curing, they form a protective barrier on the surface to guard against water, chemicals, stains, and UV damage. This improves resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, abrasion, and environmental wear, while enhancing the concrete’s appearance.
